Thomas De Witt Talmage

THOMAS DE WITT TALMAGE (1832–1902) was born in Bound Brook, New Jersey. He received his education at New Brunswick Theological Seminary. First pastored at Reformed Church in Belleville, New Jersey. He married Mary Avery while at Belleville. He was a very popular and preached to over 5000 in his Tabernacle in Brooklyn, New York.
