Rev. John Griffin
REV. JOHN GRIFFIN (1769–1834) was born in Woburn, England. He trained under Rev. Cornelius Winter at Painswick, financed by the generosity of John Thornton. He was a minister at an independent Congregational church in Portsea , England. He wrote Life of Captain James Wilson, after personally ministering to him.
